Comment

During ploughing work a large earthenware pot was discovered and broken apart, revealing a large number of coins which were quickly dispersed. The remains of the pot were left on the field and lost in the ground. The finder stated that there were initially between 6-7000 coins, however, that number was most likely exaggerated. Petar Tušek took 400 coins for himself and these are the coins that formed the bulk of what has been analysed and documented.
