Comment

"A group of one hundred and thirty-eight third century Roman coins was acquired for this Department at Rafah in March, 1941). The vendor stated that the coins had all been found together in Rafah itself; and the composition of the group seems to suggest that it constitutes, or at least belongs to, a hoard."
