Summary

The hoard comprised a yellow clay vessel containing 'several 100' silver and billon coins from Elagabalus to Valerian I to Gallienus. TAF suggests that it is hoard of antoniniani (radiates) although it is possible that some of the coins of Elagabalus were denarii. An antoninianus (radiate) of Numerian is also mentioned but this is likely to be an intruder.
