Summary
The hoard was found in two vessels and comprised 6,700 Provincial bronzes chiefly of Samos, ending with coins of Gallienus (sole reign). Other mints represented include Naxos, Ephesus, Magnesia ad Maeander and Smyrna. The two vessels were resting against the wall of a house, built west of the 'Cicero-Exedra'.
