The hoard comprised between 500 and 600 bronze coins weighing between 10 and 12 kg. Only a very small sample of coins were identified and include sestertii of Antoninus Pius, Faustina II and Commodus. See BÄRETSWIL 1993 (http://chre.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/hoard/5503) for another hoard found exactly at the same location.
