Summary

A hoard of 25 solidi (Constantius II - Valens) from Ellerbek was discovered in 1933 by the landowner in a sand pit, on the north side of the river Hase. The finder uncovered a cylindrical bronze can with a hole 2mm in size. The find was purchased by the state museum of Hannover.
