Summary

While engaged in digging a trench on a housing site at Darfield, in the West Riding of Yorkshire, a workman retrieved the remains of a pot containing 481 silver coins. The coins were 480 denarii and 1 antoninianus (radiate): Mark Antony - Severus Alexander.
