Fetching coin data
The pottery container consists of two base sherds and 39 upper body sherds of a Roman greyware vessel, perhaps a small jar with a pedestal base and plain rim. The sherds appear to come from the same vessel and may constitute a more or less complete pot. The external diameter of the base is 57.8mm. Traces of dark organic material (a burnt residue?) appear on the base and on the interior of some of the sherds, but there is no copper alloy staining in the vessel.
