Solid gold ring with smooth, heart-shaped shoulders; the round bezel, with raised edges, is set with an aureus of Philip I, IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, showing him laureate, draped and cuirassed, seen in three-quarter view. The reverse of the coin is not visible.
Intaglio: Jupiter seated to the left, holding a long sceptre and the thunderbolt. Mount: Ring with heart-shaped shoulders.
