Fetching coin data
The container is made of a paste including macerated sherds and fine sand. Due to the oxidant burning, the surface has a light brownish colour with grey spots. The container rim is strongly out-curved and rounded; the neck is short and arched getting thinner on the inner side; the wall is slightly bulging. The graphic reconstruction based on the pottery sherd suggests a cooking pot of Dacian manufacture with a 28 cm mouth diameter. According to I. Glodariu, this vessel can be dated in the first half of the 1st century AD.
