Summary

A hoard consisting of 3 aurei and 12 solidi, ranging from Trajan Decius to Constantine I, associated with golden jewellery. Finds were made one by one between 1867 and 2004, in the same field. The disposition of the finds makes in clear that this is a dispersed hoard. Excavations in 2004 revealed a further 9 coins, in addition to the 6 found up to then.

Nine of the coins were found during excavations within an area of 0.6x0.3m, three were found 1.5-7m from the excavation with a metal detector. The last three coins and the necklace and bracelet were found between 1867 and 1916 in the same corner of the field.
