Brooch fragment from a copper-alloy Hod Hill Type hinged brooch of the 1st century AD (Bayley and Butcher 2004: 119).
A copper-alloy disc, elliptical in section, with a hole drilled near the edge which does not pass all the way through. It might be an unfinished weight or pendant.
