Three amphoras. Museum, Taunton, one of the three pots which contained this hoard. It is a large jar of hard grey clay, with the neck broken off, a hole in the side, and another in the bottom. Part of the handle survives. Without the neck, the urn stands 9 in. high, and it has a diam, of 8 in. There is also, in the Museum, part of the body of another of the pots which contained this hoard. It is of hard grey clay, and has a countersunk handle.
