Summary

A very large hoard of approximately 25 or 30,000 coins (Severus Alexander - Gallic Empire, probably Victorinus), found in Friedrich-Wilhelm-Strasse. The coins were dispersed. 907 of them are listed in FMRD, in six different lists according to the place where the coins are kept today: 1) 595 coins in the RLMT Trier (FMRD 3064,3) 2) 54 coins in the RLMT Trier, with mention 'probably from that hoard' (FMRD 3064,4) 3) 41 coins bought by the RLMT Trier in 1925 from a private collector (FMRD 3064,5) 4) 30 coins in the RGM Köln (FMRD 3064,6) 5) 1 coin in private coll. (FMRD 3064,7) 6) 186 coins bought by the archaeological Museum in Zagreb in 1906/7 (FMRD 3064,8)
