Bronze spoon
A fragment of a copper alloy spoon that has a ‘mandolin-shaped’ bowl. The bowl is now broken into three pieces, with about 30% of the forward portion missing. The ovoid forward edge narrows toward the rear to form a narrow neck that slightly expands at the terminal, where there is a double transverse ridge on the topside. Underneath the terminal is a flat crescent-arch-shaped neck that rises from the back of the handle that has a simple circular cross-section rod.
